Shortly after the Regatta Committee announced the sad cancellation of this year’s land based events, we launched a competition to design a special logo for a limited range of Regatta 2020 merchandise. The Committee felt that Helen Williams’ design perfectly captured the spirit of Fowey throughout this difficult period, and also commemorates any sailing that can take place during what would have been Regatta Week. On that note, we have had confirmation from the Port of Fowey Race Organising Committee that they will be going ahead with some limited racing during the week commencing Saturday 15th August and we will share their full schedule once we have it.

A limited selection of Regatta 2020 merchandise will be available to purchase on a strictly pre-order basis only. There will be no Regatta Shop this year. Ten per cent of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to the Fowey Isolation Support fundraising scheme which continues to support the community throughout the Covid-19 crisis. The remainder will go towards making Fowey Regatta 2021 bigger and better than ever before, to help make up for this year’s terrible disappointment.

Orders must be received by 5pm on Sunday 2nd August 2020 and must be paid for at the time of ordering. Orders will be available approx 2-3 weeks later, to be collected from [TBC], or sent by post if that option is selected and paid for at the time of ordering.
